The project promoter of Star Fans  - Mr. P.K. Mukhopadhyay started his career in 1966 serving a pioneer centrifugal fan and blower manufacturing company. He was in service till 1988 in companies like Air-conditioning Corporation Ltd., G.E.C., Keymer Bagshawe & Company (I) Pvt Ltd. He acquired vast knowledge in know-how technology, in  process design, production, sales & after-sales services  since 1966 till date. He gathered experience in sugar boiler fans, steel Plants fans, and for cement plants, sponge iron & various other industries, touring throughout the Country for sales & after-sales services for different applications of Fans & Blowers.

He first promoted 'Fans & Engineers' in 1988 and in 2001 promoted this company the 'Star Fans'.

In these 15 years in Business, he designed and manufactured industrial centrifugal fans, blowers  and dust collection range for various industries including sugar, cement, steel, sponge iron, ceramics with special stress on high efficiency products.
